Get rid of acne through diet

Most patients with acne have inner heat. So it should choose some foods which can cool and remove heat, such as thin pork, pig lung, rabbit, duck, mushrooms, edible fungus, celery, rape, spinach, amaranth, lettuce, bitter gourd, etc.. It can wipe out acne through eating the following food which has therapeutic side.

Wolfberry anti-inflammatory porridge: 30g of medlar, 100g pigeon meat, 100g of nonglutinous rice, thin salt, monosidum glutanate, sesame oil. Wash pigeon meat, and cut it into muddy flesh. Wash medlar and nonglutinous rice, and put these into the casserole, add the pigeon and the amount of water, and simmer with slow fire. When the porridge is boiled, it can add into the thin salt, monosidum glutanate, sesame oil, and mix well. The porridge has some function of detoxification, removing evil and moistening skin. You can eat porridge a dose every day, 5 to 8 dose as a course of treatment.

Sydney celery juice: 100g of celery, one tomato, 150g of Sydney, half a lemon. Put all these into the juice mixer, after a while get a fruit juice. It can drink one time every day.

Carrot and celery juice: one carrots (medium size), 150g of celery, one onion. Put all these into the juice mixer, after a while get a fruit juice. It can drink one time every day.
