The meaning of modern health

Modern health is not just the traditional meaning of the body without the sick. According to explain of the "World Health Organization" that the health is not only refers to the absence of disease or infirmity of a person's behavior, but refers to a person’s good condition in physical, psychologically and social state. It is the modern health on health, a more comprehensive science concept. The meaning of modern health is diverse and extensive, including physical, psychological and social adaptability of three dimensions, which ultimately depend on the social adaptation of the quality of physical and psychological condition. Mental health is the spiritual pillar of good health, physical health, is the material basis of mental health. A good emotional state can make physiological function in the best condition; otherwise it will reduce or destroy certain functions to cause disease. Changes in physical condition may bring a corresponding psychological problems, physical defects, diseases, especially chronic illness, often make a people in troubles, irritability, anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, leading to a variety of abnormal mental state. As a physical and mental unity of the human, physical and psychological two aspects are closely interdependent.
