A good sleep depend on warm water and foot bath
The feet are farthest from the heart where it is a bad supply to blood. Because subcutaneous fat of foot is less, the ability of warmth is poor, so it is a fairly common situation to cold feet. In particular, there are many acupuncture points of feet related with upper respiratory tract mucosa. If feet are cold, then immunity decline, it is apt to cause upper respiratory infection. Feet bath and massage before going to bed, it can lead entraining air to downstream, so that the feet will warm up immediately to help sleep. Ready a pot of hot water which the temperature about 30 ~ 40 degrees to soak feet for about 20 to 30 minutes generally. Material of feet bath is 50g of dried wormwood or Guizhi (can be bought in pharmacies) and boil, and can add a piece of old ginger or wine. When feet are bathing, you can massage feet. It can speed up blood circulation.
