Traditional health studies believe that in the nature, there are some characteristics of four seasons which is warm spring, hot summer, cool autumn and cold winter. So the earth shows that plant in spring, long in summer, harvest in autumn and sleep in winter. So human should like plant comply with the laws of nature, and it is conducive to keep in good health and healthcare.
It is in order to conform to characteristics of the natural world of live spring and the long summer that go to bed early and get up late. Modern medical research has also confirmed that goes to bed early and get up late in winter which can avoid hypothermia and invasion of cold air to the human body caused respiratory disease, but also avoided cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases caused by cold air. Adequate sleep could be also beneficial to the body's physical recovery and enhanced immune function, and to disease prevention.
