Cold water can wash away the dirt within the nostrils and make unobstructed breathing and in right senses. It can enhance the ability of the entire upper respiratory tract to the cold air outside world. It virtually built a barrier against cold air invasion and is conducive to prevent from cold. When washing the nasal cavity, nasal mucosa and muscle go through the process of contraction, expansion and contraction. Because the noise connect with seven orifices, so it has some function of improving eyesight, improving ears, enhancing body immunity effectiveness through washing noise with cold water. So I think that it is a effective exercise method.
Put a handful of water with hands, and put noise into water to soak for a few seconds and suck a little water into nose cavity, after dirt inside the nose is wetting, and blowing out wetting dirt.
