Bad behavior is easy to endanger our health (Ⅱ)

We always do some behaviors which we do not pay attention to these actions in our daily life. But we do not know that these actions affect our physical health and lead to serious illness.

Do not stay in the gym with bad air
Of course, refers to the gym with bad air flow. Because such a gym filled with others in exhaled exhaust emissions of toxins, and you state in sports, the most easily absorbed into the exhaust fumes and toxins, not only would not achieve fitness effect, but let the body suffer.
