Eat apples can prevent from cancer and aging

Apple has recently been regarded as beauty saint by a lot of loving beauty family. Many methods appear about meal of apple weight-loss, meals of apple beauty, and even apple instead of meat and so on in the market. Though we could not judge these effects to health, we know that eating apples is a good way of anti-cancer to protect the blood vessels. Davis, researchers, work in University of California, found that apple contains a very large number of antioxidants in addition to these groups beyond the traditional nutrients such as apple pectin fiber and vitamins. These antioxidants may be as many as hundreds of species. Apple shows a powerful anti-oxidant power in the experiment. The research has found that there are many high antioxidants in these fruits such as green tea, grape seed and citrus peel. So these fruits can prevent damage to cells from free radical and the oxidation of LDL cholesterol. So apple is considered as a good product of anti-cancer and anti-aging, and is shown in the series of anti-oxidant.

The study found that, whether it is 100% natural apple juice, or whole apple, they have anti-oxidant power. So it is need to young people for anti-aging and beauty care to eat apple. And it can protect against stroke, cardiovascular heart disease and early cancer for elder.
