Bad behavior is easy to endanger our health (Ⅵ)

We always do some behaviors which we do not pay attention to these actions in our daily life. But we do not know that these actions affect our physical health and lead to serious illness.

Do not have a hot bath before going to sleep
Body temperature is too high, and it can also inhibit the brain's secretion of melatonin, affect your quality of sleep. Therefore, a hot bath was not wise before going to sleep. It should have a bath when go to bed before 90 minutes, so when the time is to sleep, body temperature just dropped the most suitable temperature. If it had to have a bathe before going to bed, it should put the towel with cold water on the forehead, it will also help to quickly lower the body temperature.

Food taken late at night is no matter
It does not cause getting fat that food taken late at night occasionally, unless a day's calorie intake greatly exceeds the level of your usual intake. Do not choose potato chips and other foods high in fat content.

Muscles will not be converted to fat
If you stop exercising, muscles will become fat? A situation which certainly will not happen! Muscle is a muscle, fat is fat. Between these two are not interchangeable. When you stop movement, muscle may become somewhat lax, but not converted into fat. In turn, physical exercise does not cause fat into muscle, it will only reduce the volume of fat cells in your body.
