Bad behavior is easy to endanger our health (Ⅴ)

We always do some behaviors which we do not pay attention to these actions in our daily life. But we do not know that these actions affect our physical health and lead to serious illness.

Do not give up the fat which in food
First of all, the fat in food, and not all translate into your body fat; Secondly, the fat in food for the body to maintain normal physiological activity is essential, you need every day for 25% ~ 35% of the energy comes from fat. Do not put phone on the bedside

Get out of bed on time
